  • Publication number: 20140378268
Abstract: A multi-stage transmission having eight forward and one reverse gear including planetary gears, shafts, and shift elements. The sun gear of gearset (P1) couples the third shaft (3) and the ring gear of gearset (P3), and can couple the housing via brake (03). The input shaft couples the carrier of gearset (P1) and can couple, via clutch (15), shaft (5), which couples the sun gear of gearset (P3) and can couple, via clutch (57), shaft (7) that couples the ring gear of gearset (P3). Shaft (6) couples the ring and sun gears of respective gearsets (P1, P2). Shaft (8) couples the carrier and the sun gear of respective gearsets (P3, P4). Shaft (4) couples the carrier of gearset (P4) and can couple, via brake (04), the housing. The output shaft couples the ring gear of gearset (P4) and the carrier of gearset (P2). Clutch (56) detachably connects shafts (5, 6).

  • Patent number: 8757305
Abstract: A hybrid drive arrangement for a vehicle with an internal combustion engine for driving, under engine power, and at least one electric machine (1), for electric driving, and with a double-clutch transmission. The electric machine (1) can be separated from the internal combustion engine by at least one separator clutch (3), in the form of a wet-operating, hydraulically actuated disk clutch. The outer disk carrier (4) of the separator clutch (3) and the outer disk carriers (5, 5A) of the two double clutches, of the double-clutch transmission, are connected and mounted on the transmission housing (6).

  • Publication number: 20120299421
Abstract: The electro dynamic machine (1) has a rotatable supported shaft (4) and first and second axial main bearings (6, 7), spaced from one another, which facilitate rotation of the shaft (4). In addition, a third bearing (8) is provided which is designed to at least absorb radial forces created by the shaft (4). A dimensioning is provided for a maximum rotational speed of the shaft (4), and this maximum rotation speed is at least at 50% of an initiation rotational speed of a first natural bending vibration of the shaft (4) having just first and second main bearings (6, 7).

  • Publication number: 20120299420
Abstract: A bearing assembly for an electric machine with a stator (1) and a rotor (2) is proposed such that the rotor (2), with its rotor shaft (3), is mounted by bearings (4, 4A) on the housing. The mounting is such that the bearings (4, 4A) are thermally separated from the rotor shaft (3) in order to reduce heat transfer therebetween.
