  • Publication number: 20240377537
Abstract: A spectral light detection and ranging (Lidar) imaging system for earthen material, including a spectral Lidar unit directed towards a target location and a controller communicatively couped to the spectral Lidar unit. The spectral Lidar unit is operable to image the target location by emitting pulses of light towards the target location and capturing spectral and spatial data from a return of the light. The system also includes a controller communicative coupled to the spectral Lidar unit to use the spectral data to determine a desirability of material and generate a direction for further processing based on the desirability of the material.

  • Publication number: 20240328931
Abstract: An imaging system for earthen material, including a support structure adjacent an image location for a pathway of earthen material exposed to varying and uncontrolled illumination and/or artificial illumination, a spectral imager and a reference device each mounted to the support structure, the spectral imager directed at the image location and arranged to measure an intensity of illumination reflected from earthen material at the image location.

  • Patent number: 10493574
Abstract: A torque monitoring device for a fastener is provided. The torque monitoring device includes a sensing element mounted within the fastener. The sensing element measures a value of fastener elongation. The torque monitoring device also includes a receiving element coupled to a torque machine. The receiving element is communicably coupled with the sensing element. The receiving element is configured to receive the value of fastener elongation from the sensing element. The receiving element is also configured to generate an alert for terminating a torque operation being performed by the torque machine when the value of fastener elongation exceeds a pre-set value of fastener elongation.

  • Patent number: 10430057
Abstract: An apparatus to wirelessly monitor selected sensors of a machine having a plurality of sensors includes a touchscreen display configured to display a graphical user interface (GUI) and a processor or processing circuitry that receives and analyzes data wirelessly transmitted from the selected sensors. Selection of the sensors can include display on the GUI of a first user input to receive a selection to select the machine from a predetermined list of machines, a second user input to receive an input to identify and monitor one or more operating characteristics of the machine, and a third user input to receive one or more inputs to individually associate sensor identifiers with graphics corresponding to the candidate sensor selection locations to select the sensors from which to receive and analyze data to monitor the one or more operating characteristics of the machine.

  • Patent number: 10004939
Abstract: The wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike is an attachment adapted for use with a stationary exercise bike. The wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike is adapted for use in cross-training. Specifically, the wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike is a rotating handle bar that is mounted on the stationary exercise bike. The wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike is mounted on a pivot that allows the wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike to be rotated in a first plane of rotation that is perpendicular to a second plane of rotation that is defined by the rotation of the pedals of the exercise bike. The wheel attachment for stationary exercise bike comprises a pivot, a handle bar, a strut, and a front tire apparatus.
