  • Publication number: 20250242426
Abstract: Systems and methods for controlling a material or arc gouging process used in a manufacturing environment, comprising installing equipment used for a gouging process in a manufacturing environment; positioning a plurality of sensors within the manufacturing environment wherein the plurality of sensors are configured to gather data from the manufacturing environment; connecting at least one processor to the plurality of sensors, wherein the at least one processor includes software for receiving data from the plurality of sensors and the gouging equipment; and wherein the software on the processor mathematically transforms the motion input into corresponding motion commands, wherein the gouging equipment, which is physically remote from the at least one controller, executes the motion commands in real-time during the gouging process.

  • Publication number: 20250235947
Abstract: Systems and methods for programming equipment used for or related to a manufacturing process, comprising installing equipment in a manufacturing environment; positioning a plurality of sensors within the manufacturing environment in proximity to the equipment, wherein the plurality of sensors are configured to gather data from the manufacturing environment; connecting at least one processor to the plurality of sensors, wherein the at least one processor includes software for receiving data from the plurality of sensors and the equipment; wherein the software on the processor mathematically transforms the motion input into corresponding motion commands, wherein the equipment, which is physically remote from the at least one controller, executes the motion commands in real-time; and by the software, saving a teachpoint in a program file.

  • Publication number: 20250238017
Abstract: A method for switching between operational modes in a tele-manufacturing system, comprising providing a tele-manufacturing system having manufacturing equipment and sensors positioned in a manufacturing environment, a manual controller that receives motion input from a user of the controller, and a processor with control software that mathematically transforms the motion input into corresponding motion commands sent to the manufacturing equipment; connecting the processor to equipment and the controller; and configuring the processor to display action choices on a main screen user interface that include activating a free form mode that enables the user to move the manufacturing equipment at will; and activating a path mode that directs the equipment to perform manufacturing commands; navigate the user to a first screen if the free form mode is activated; and a second screen if the path mode is activated; and automatically switch between the free form mode and the path mode.

  • Publication number: 20190111987
Abstract: A two-wheeled mobility system having a frame with a first and second end and a deck extending therebetween. A handle portion is pivotably coupled with the first end of the frame. A wheel is coupled with the handle portion such that relative movement of the handle correspondingly pivots the first wheel. A second wheel is coupled with the second end of the frame and is rotationally movable relative to the frame. A bracket assembly is attachable to the frame and includes a first bracket for mounting to the frame at about the second end of the frame. A stand is connected to the first bracket and extends radially outward from the first bracket at an angle of from about 20 degrees to about 35 degrees. The stand may be used as a kickstand to support the two wheeled mobility system from falling on the ground when leaned over.

  • Patent number: 6742793
Abstract: A step assembly for use on a vehicle comprises an elongate step support member, at least one mounting bracket and at least one brace. The support member defines a top side having a substantially flat surface. The at least one mounting bracket has a base and a pair of arms extending therefrom. The base is constructed and arranged to engage a portion of a vehicle. The at least one brace comprises a first end region and a second end region. The first end region is adjustably and removably engaged to the elongate step support member. The second end region is adjustably and removably engaged to the pair of arms of the at least one mounting bracket.
