  • Publication number: 20250059766
Abstract: A building-construction panel (e.g., a structural wood subflooring panel) includes a tongue on one edge and a groove on an opposite edge that receives the tongue of an adjacent panel. A shoulder on the tongue-side edge defines an abutted surface that is contacted by an abutting surface on the groove-side edge to limit panel travel during installation and maintain a gap between upper edge portions of the adjacent panels. A bottom transition is formed on the groove-side edge so that the groove-side abutting surface is smaller than the tongue-side shoulder abutted surface. In this way, the relatively smaller groove-side abutting surface structurally maintains the gap but also minimizes frictional interpanel contact area to minimize squeaking. And the relatively larger tongue-side shoulder abutted surface helps keep the shoulder from being collapsed into the groove from overdriving the panels together during installation. Also disclosed are methods of manufacturing the panels.

  • Patent number: 12216797
Abstract: Systems and methods are described for managing personal data on a client computer, in which personal data associated with the client computer is identified by a policy management module. An analysis may be performed for the client computer by a server using fake personal data. To identify applications which may attempt to access the personal data, the fake personal data is tracked for access on the client computer. A policy is then created that disallows access of the personal data by any applications identified by the analysis of the client computer as accessing the fake personal data. The policy is then assigned to the client computer.

  • Patent number: 12214969
Abstract: A speed control system for sorters (e.g. sliding shoe sorters) comprises a sensor for measuring a sorter current speed of a sorter and a speed controller for setting peripheral conveyor commanded speeds for peripheral conveyors in communication with the sorter. During acceleration or deceleration of the sorter (e.g., in response to start or stop events of the sorter, or from one operating speed to another operating speed), the speed controller sets the peripheral conveyor commanded speeds to match or track the sorter current speed in order to ramp up or ramp down speeds of the peripheral conveyors with that of the sorter, which accelerates or decelerates more slowly than the peripheral conveyors. The speed controller may control the speed of different types of peripheral conveyors (e.g., upstream, intermediate, downstream) in various ways based on the type of the peripheral conveyors and/or based on user-configurable exception settings.

  • Patent number: 12211691
Abstract: Dry development of resists can be useful, for example, to form a patterning mask in the context of high-resolution patterning. Dry development may be advantageously accomplished by a method of processing a semiconductor substrate including providing in a process chamber a photopatterned resist on a substrate layer on a semiconductor substrate, and dry developing the photopatterned resist by removing either an exposed portion or an unexposed portion of the resist by a dry development process comprising exposure to a chemical compound to form a resist mask. The resist may be an EUV-sensitive organo-metal oxide or organo-metal-containing thin film EUV resist.
