  • Patent number: 11934858
Abstract: A system for isolating requests that comprises, a shared command queue, a first virtual computational resource and a second virtual computational resources. The first virtual computational resources comprises a policy engine configured to access policies comprising criteria for assigning commands corresponding to requests from tenants to compartments, determine, according to the policies, compartments to which to assign the commands corresponding to the requests, produce the commands corresponding to the requests, and queue the commands in the shared command queue, each command comprising compartment assignment information.

  • Patent number: 11922236
Abstract: Systems, methods, and computer program products for producer-side prioritization of message processing. Producer-side prioritization of message processing may include receiving an input message according to a messaging protocol for communicating between software components, where the input message comprises message priority information for the input message, producing a command for a next step in the processing flow, the command including a target time determined using the message priority information from the input message, queuing the command in a command queue, selecting the command from the command queue based on a determination that the target time has expired, and processing the command.

  • Publication number: 20240009612
Abstract: Provided are filtration devices, including medical filtration devices, for operating within a vacuum unit. The filtration system removes particulate matter, including smoke, volatile compounds, and long chain organic compounds. The construction of the filtration system is within a single filter housing allowing for ease of construction and a single potting versus multiple potting's. The filtration system contains a hermetic seal to achieve a lower probability of seal failure versus processes that require multiple potting's.

  • Patent number: 11263066
Abstract: A message processing system that provides a processing flow, the message processing system comprising an input message consumer configured to consume input messages from an input message queue, where the input messages comprise priority information. The message processing system includes a command producer configured to produce commands for a next step in the processing flow. Each command produced may include a target time determined using priority information extracted from an input message to which that command corresponds. The message processing system comprises a queue for commands. The message processing system further comprises a command consumer configured to select commands that have expired target times from the command queue for processing and consume the selected commands from the command queue.

  • Patent number: 10830354
Abstract: A protection system for preventing foreign material from lodging in a channel between and/or damage to adjacent ceramic core features during a core processing operation is disclosed. The system includes a gasket sized and shaped to self-lock within the channel and prevent foreign material from lodging within the channel during the core processing operation. A method may include determining a geometrical characteristic of the channel and adjacent ceramic core feature; fabricating a gasket to fit and self-lock within the channel; positioning the gasket within the channel; and performing the core processing operation. The gasket prevents the foreign material from lodging in the channel, reducing subsequent damage to the ceramic core compared to the channel without the gasket.

  • Publication number: 20200178478
Abstract: Some embodiments relate to a kit for forming a plant support. The kit may comprise: a plurality of polymer ring strips, each formable into a respective ring; a plurality of polymer stake sleeves, each sleeve defining an elongate channel to receive a stake therethrough and each sleeve defining a plurality of slots sized to receive at least a portion of a respective ring strip therethrough, the slots being defined at spaced locations along a sleeve length of each sleeve; and a plurality of polymer stakes, each stake being sized to fit through the elongate channel and having a stake length greater than the sleeve length, wherein each stake has a first end and an opposite second end, and wherein a lengthwise rigidity of the stake is sufficient to cooperate with the sleeves and ring strips to form the plant support when the first ends of the stakes are submerged in soil along with at least a portion of the sleeves.

  • Patent number: 10482747
Abstract: Various implementations of an occupant detection system may be used in a vehicle to detect the presence of a living occupant (human or otherwise) and generate a warning. The warning may be communicated to another person(s) or to other vehicle systems to alert people in the vicinity of the vehicle. The system prevents injury and death to people and pets that may be accidentally within a parked car and unable to egress.
