    Abstract: Lenses coated with a UV light absorbing coating and a blue light absorbing coating protect the eyes of a dental practitioner from harmful radiation emitted by a light source used during dental curing procedures. The lenses include a clear portion which allows the wearer to view the treated area without a loss of contrast encountered when the treated area is viewed through the portion of the lenses provided with the blue light absorbing coating.
