Abstract: The disinfecting lamp device is intended to provide a simple, quick, and effective disinfecting device, that can inactivate pathogens like viruses and bacteria from frequently used surfaces. To accomplish this, the device includes a germicidal UV lamp device that can kill pathogens and disinfect any surface that the lamp illuminates. Further, the device is a portable, lightweight, hand-held, battery powered product that uses photonic energy of a specific nano-meter range of light, i.e., UV light source. The lamp device may be used quickly and effectively on surfaces, documents, keyboards, etc. for quick disinfecting. Furthermore, the product is designed to minimize and reduce any potential risk the operator may have in using the product by inherent safeties regarding UV light. Thus, the device is a safe, effective, non-chemical, and easy to use product to render viruses and bacterial pathogens inactive and non-reproducible.

Abstract: Felted fibrous construction materials and articles formed therefrom. The felted fibrous construction material is adapted to provide adequate strength to permit construction of three dimensional structures by use of standard joining techniques such as screws, nails, glue and the like. Panels of the felted fibrous construction material also provide substantial impact resistance when used in storm shutter applications.

Abstract: A method for generating a copy of a first message in a messaging system, wherein the first message includes a nested data item comprising data items, the method comprising the steps of: creating a second message as a deferred copy of the first message; responsive to a determination that one of said data items addressed at the second message location is to be updated, creating an actual copy of the updated data item in the second message.
