A plurality of emitters and detectors are provided to give an accurate power, speed and/or distance reading which is displayed on a screen on the top of the device. A microprocessor controls the emitters and detectors. The microprocessor also collects the data from the detectors and converts the data to a special power rating that is then displayed on the display screen.
