Publication number: 20240115619Abstract: Disclosed are novel means of enhancing efficacy of pancreatic islet transplantation through administration of regenerative T cells concurrently with modification of the local microenvironment to provide a tolerogenic and angiogenic milieu. In one embodiment, the liver microenvironment is prepared for receipt of pancreatic islets by administration of tolerogenic cells antigen presenting cells, subsequently followed by administration of T cells and/or T regulatory cells conditioned by regenerative cells, and finally pancreatic islets are administered. In other embodiments devices are provided which allow for concurrent administration of pancreatic islets together with T cells and/or T regulatory cells that have been conditioned with regenerative cells. In another embodiment, the administration of T cells and/or T regulatory cells conditioned by regenerative cells is after administration of therapeutic pancreatic islets.Type: ApplicationFiled: October 9, 2023Publication date: April 11, 2024Applicant: CREATIVE MEDICAL TECHNOLOGIES, INC.Inventors: Thomas ICHIM, Amit PATEL, Courtney BARTLETT, Timothy WARBINGTON

Publication number: 20080105713Abstract: A device for that places a fluid container in fluid communication with a sprayer is disclosed. The device includes a container adapter that allows a dip tube to be attached to the fluid container rather than the sprayer. When the sprayer is removed from the fluid container, the dip tube stays in the fluid container. Refill fluid containers may come with the container adapter and dip tube installed. When the sprayer is attached to the fluid container, the adapter seals against the sprayer allowing fluid to be pumped from the fluid container by the sprayer. A sprayer connector with geometry that matches an inner or outer shape of the adapter is attached to and/or built into the sprayer. The sprayer connector is constructed to allow easy alignment of the sprayer to the fluid container. The sprayer connector and the container adapter also provide a unique attachment geometry to insure only containers with formulae compatible to the sprayer are pumped through the sprayer.Type: ApplicationFiled: November 1, 2007Publication date: May 8, 2008Inventors: Cathal Fahy, Timothy Bartlett, Kenneth Michaels, Rene Beland, Peter Neumann, David Leifheit, Thomas Jaworski

Publication number: 20070237176Abstract: The present disclosure provides a system and method for compressing data in a communications network. The downstream data is compressed at a network element and sent to a customer premises over a data communication link, and is decompressed by a device at the customer end. The upstream data is compressed by the device at the customer end and decompressed by the network element.Type: ApplicationFiled: March 30, 2006Publication date: October 11, 2007Applicant: SBC Knowledge Ventures L.P.Inventors: Timothy Bartlett, Goangshiuan Ying
