Abstract: This disclosure provides modulators of Cystic Fibrosis Transmembrane Conductance Regulator (CFTR) having core structure (I), pharmaceutical compositions containing at least one such modulator, methods of treatment of CFTR mediated diseases, including cystic fibrosis, using such modulators and pharmaceutical compositions, combination pharmaceutical compositions and combination therapies employing those modulators, and processes and intermediates for making such modulators.

Abstract: The present system and method relate to an automated crawler for crawling a primary online content object and storing a set of results, a parser for parsing the stored set of results to generate a plurality of key phrases and a content corpus, a plurality of models for processing at least one of the plurality of key phrases or the content corpus, wherein the processing results in a plurality of topic clusters which arrange topics within the primary online content object around a core topic based on semantic similarity, a suggestion generator for generating a suggested topic that is similar to at least one topic among the plurality of topic clusters and for storing the suggested topic, and an application for developing a strategy for development of online presence content.

Abstract: A vehicle management system includes a first module having a plurality of functions. The vehicle management system also includes a second module and a system bus. At least the first module and the second module communicate on the system bus. The vehicle management system further includes an identifier based on one of a plurality of vehicle types. When a first vehicle type is identified, a first set of the plurality of functions is utilized based on the identifier associated with the first vehicle type. When a second vehicle type is identified, a second set of the plurality of functions is utilized based on the identifier associated with the second vehicle type.

Abstract: An adaptor for converting a hose reel to a cord reel includes a waterproof electrical box having a rotating contact therein, a linking electrical cord, wherein the linking cord enters the box and terminates in the rotating contact; and an outlet electrical cord. The outlet electrical cord is connected to the adaptor and terminates in the electrical box with a stationary contact assembly. A set of wires in the outlet electrical cord are connected to the stationary contact assembly with a machine screw. A set of electrical contacts are connected to the stationary contact assembly, and the contacts engage the rotating contact to supply power to the linking cord while allowing rotation of the linking cord around the spool of the hose reel.

Abstract: A wet exhaust processing system including an exhaust separator having a lower water containing portion and a wet exhaust inlet and a separated exhaust outlet above the water. An overflow pipe controls the upper lever of the water in the separator and a pump connected to the lower portion pumps the water therefrom to a filtering device.
