  • Patent number: 9494953
Abstract: A system and method are provided for activating and deactivating heating or cooling stages of a heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) unit, which includes activating a heating or cooling stage of the HVAC unit based on a determined need for heating or cooling. A monitored temperature is compared with a first temperature setpoint and a monitored on-time of the heating or cooling stage is compared with a first time period setpoint. The heating or cooling stage is deactivated based on the comparison of the monitored temperature with the first temperature setpoint, when the monitored on-time is greater than the first time period setpoint. The monitored temperature is then compared with a second temperature setpoint. The heating or cooling stage is reactivated based on a comparison of the monitored temperature with the second temperature setpoint, when a monitored off-time is greater than the second time period setpoint.

Abstract: A system and method is provided for activating and deactivating heating or cooling stages of an HVAC unit, which includes determining a need for heating or cooling a space to be heated or cooled and activating a heating or cooling stage of the HVAC unit based on the determined need. • Publication number: 20130222418
Abstract: Included are embodiments for providing a graphic for a video production. Some embodiments include capturing video data of an event, identifying a participant that is participating in the event, and receiving participant data from a performance social networking page of the participant. Additionally, some embodiments may include determining an act of interest in the event that involves the participant, retrieving from the multi-tiered performance social network, participant data about the participant, and creating a graphic within the video data that includes at least a portion of the participant data. Some embodiments include broadcasting the video data with the graphic to a plurality of viewers.

  • Publication number: 20130151969
Abstract: Included are embodiments for content identification and linking. More specifically, some embodiments include receiving content from a user and providing a first user interface that comprises the content. The first user interface may include an action identity option to identify an action in the content. The first user interface may further include a time identity option to identify a time that the action occurred in the content. Similarly, some embodiments include provide a second user interface that includes a clip option to provide a subset of the content. The second user interface may include a play clip option to play the subset of the content, beginning at the time the action occurred.

  • Publication number: 20120054033
Abstract: Embodiments disclosed herein include systems, methods, and non-transitory computer-readable mediums for dynamically providing advertisement data. Some embodiments receive uploaded content from an uploading computing device, receive a desired break time and a desired break duration for the uploaded content, and determine a content target demographic for the uploaded content. Similarly, some embodiments are configured to determine advertisement content that corresponds to the content target demographic, create a tag for the uploaded content that indicates the desired break time and the desired break duration of a break, and store the tag for a subsequent content request of the uploaded content.

  • Patent number: 7287396
Abstract: An apparatus for refrigeration system control includes a plurality of circuits, each circuit having at least one refrigeration case and an electronic evaporator pressure regulator in communication with each circuit. Each electronic evaporator pressure regulator controls a temperature of one of the circuits. A sensor in communication with each circuit measures a parameter from the circuit. A controller associated with each electronic evaporator pressure regulator controls the respective electronic evaporator pressure regulator based upon measured parameters from each of the circuits.
