    Abstract: A combination writing instrument and handcuff activating device comprises an elongated housing having a writing element and a handcuff locking element axially movable therein. On one end of the housing is a handcuff key. A mechanism is provided so that one or the other of the writing element and the handcuff locking element can be extended from the housing.
