  • Patent number: 12123182
Abstract: An assembly process for assembling a basin using a molding tool operable between an open position and a closed position, the molding tool having a female molding insert, a male molding insert, and an insert jig, the female molding insert and the male molding insert cooperating to define a mold cavity when the molding tool is in the closed position, the female molding insert having an aperture, the insert jig having a sleeve and a cylinder, the cylinder repositionable within the sleeve and having an end with an end face and a pin protruding from the end face, includes applying adhesive to the pin. The assembly process also includes aligning the pin with an aperture of a basin rim insert. The assembly process also includes pressing the basin rim insert towards the end face such that the pin is received within the aperture of the basin rim insert.

  • Patent number: 12102325
Abstract: An apparatus includes a body, a shaft, a stapling head assembly, and an anvil. The body includes a motor, a first user input feature, and a second user input feature. The first user input feature is operable to activate the motor. The shaft extends distally from the body. The stapling head assembly is positioned at a distal end of the shaft. The stapling head assembly includes an anvil coupling feature, at least one annular array of staples, and a staple driver. The second user input feature is operable to drive the anvil coupling feature longitudinally. The staple driver is operable to drive the at least one annular array of staples. The motor is operable to drive the staple driver. The anvil is configured to couple with the anvil coupling feature. The anvil is further configured to deform the staples driven by the staple driver.

  • Patent number: 12038019
Abstract: A battery powered fan assembly for use with a stackable storage system includes a base defining a storage area, a fan housing that at least partially defines an airflow chamber, a plurality of fan blades positioned within the airflow chamber, a motor operable to rotate the plurality of fan blades, a battery receptacle configured to receive a removable battery pack to power the motor, a mating interface formed on at least one of the base and the fan housing, and a latch mounted to the base. The mating interface is configured to interact with a complementary mating interface formed on a stackable element of the stackable storage system, and the latch is configured to selectively inhibit relative movement between the fan assembly and the stackable element while the mating interface of the fan assembly interacts with the complementary mating interface of the stackable element.
