Each end nipple includes a threaded hole extending through the wall to the bore. The first end of the end nipple, the second end of the end nipple, and the wall of the end nipple are unitary. Each jet includes a threaded portion threadedly engaged with the threaded hole and a fuel combustion outlet spaced from the threaded portion. Each jet includes a barrel extending from the fuel combustion outlet toward the threaded portion. The barrel has a larger outer diameter than the threaded portion.
