Abstract: Embodiments of the present invention provide a system for recruiting employment candidates likely to be successful in a targeted position, comprising (a) a success profile builder, comprising a programmed computer that determines characteristics of individuals in positions similar to the targeted position; (b) a hero persona builder, comprising a programmed computer that determines correlations between characteristics determined by the success profile builder and likelihood of success in the targeted position to produce one or more hero personas for the targeted position, and that determines communications channels likely to engage individuals who are similar to a hero persona; (c) a campaign builder, comprising a programmed computer that determines communications regarding the position from a hero persona, and matches the communications to communications channels for the hero persona.
