  • Patent number: 10044639
Abstract: Systems and methods to reserve resources is provided. In exemplary embodiments, a selection of a profile from a user is received. A dynamic graphical user interface is generated, using one or more processors. The dynamic graphical user interface allows the user to configure a topology based on the selected profile. The dynamic graphical user interface provides input fields in which the user may select a resource. An indication of the selected applicable topology property for configuring the topology is received. A topology is automatically generating based in part on the selected applicable topology property.

  • Patent number: 9996453
Abstract: A method and a system to create a software test environment on demand are described. An example system includes a dependency module to, upon receiving a command identifying a primary function to be created in a test environment, identify one or more dependencies of the primary function. The dependencies are other functions or databases that the primary function depends upon. The dependency module generates a topology of the test environment that indicates the relationship of the dependencies to the primary function. A provisioning module provisions a plurality of pools based on the topology. An enterprise service bus (ESB) routing module updates ESB routing of the primary function to route to the plurality of pools in the test environment. A credentials module provides credentials of the pools in the test environment.

  • Publication number: 20160374218
Abstract: Embodiments of the invention provide hinging and latching hardware and arrangements for enclosures for electronic components. In one embodiment, first and second brackets can be secured to an enclosure frame on first and second sides, respectively, of a door opening. Both brackets can be configured to receive a hinge pin and engage a latching mechanism, such that the brackets can be hingedly secure the door to the enclosure and latch the closed with the door in at least two different orientations. In one embodiment, hinging and latching hardware for an enclosure can include a door wing configured to be secured to an enclosure door, and first and second frame wings configured to be secured to an enclosure frame on different sides of a door opening. The hardware can accordingly provide first and second hinging and latching configurations for the door, with the door in first and second orientations, respectively.

  • Patent number: 9365052
Abstract: Apparatuses include, among other components, a conveyor belt and at least one roller supporting the conveyor belt, etc. The belt moves in a processing direction as the roller rotates. The exterior surface of the roller has roller outer sections and a center crowned portion between the roller outer sections. The belt has belt outer sections and a belt center section between the belt outer sections. The belt outer sections contact the roller outer sections, and the belt center section contacts the center crowned portion of the roller. The belt outer sections have a lower flexibility, and the belt center section has a relatively higher flexibility. The flexibility difference between the higher flexibility and the lower flexibility biases the belt outer sections toward the center crowned portion of the roller and maintains the belt center section so that the belt center section is self-aligned with the center crowned portion of the roller.

  • Patent number: 8610014
Abstract: An energy storage and release control mechanism is provided for a stored energy assembly of an electrical switching apparatus. The stored energy assembly includes a shaft, a stored energy mechanism, and a charging mechanism, such as a charging cam. The charging cam is movable to pivot upon the shaft, thereby charging the stored energy mechanism. The energy storage and release control mechanism includes a ratchet coupled to the charging cam and including a plurality of teeth, a mounting assembly, and a plurality of pawl assemblies. Each pawl assembly includes a pawl pivoting between an engaged position corresponding to the pawl engaging the teeth of the ratchet to resist inappropriate movement of the charging handle, and a disengaged position corresponding to the pawl not engaging the teeth of the ratchet. Preferably, first and second pawl assemblies include first and second pawls, respectively, wherein only one of the first and second pawls engages the teeth of the ratchet at a time.

  • Patent number: 8562311
Abstract: A linear compressor has a hollow piston with crown and sidewall. The piston reciprocates in a cylinder. A piston rod connects the piston to a spring. A connection between the piston rod and the piston transmits axial forces directly to the piston crown. The connection transmits lateral forces to the piston at an axial location away from the piston crown. The connection allows rotational flexibility between the piston and the piston rod transverse to and uniformly around the piston reciprocation axis. Other improvements in or relating to linear compressors are disclosed and claimed.
