Abstract: A suspension system capable of lowering a vehicle chassis for flush contact with the ground beneath the vehicle, the suspension system comprising separate assemblies attaching each vehicle wheel to the chassis, each assembly having a front connection that is detachable from the chassis to permit the lowering of the chassis to the ground and having a pivoting rear connection to permit the chassis to be positioned beneath the vehicle.
