  • Publication number: 20240150480
Abstract: This invention relates to binding molecules that bind specifically to TNF-related apoptosis-inducing ligand receptor 2 (TRAILR2) and cadherin-17 (CDH17) and their use in medicine, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and methods of using the same as agents for treatment and/or prevention of cancer.

  • Patent number: 11936017
Abstract: A battery pack for an electric vehicle or a hybrid vehicle may include a housing, a stack of battery cells disposed within the housing, and a cooling subassembly. The housing typically holds the cell stack together, and the cooling subassembly typically cools the cell stack to prevent damage to the battery cells and to maintain the performance of the battery cells. The cooling subassembly may include a cold plate defining a liquid flow channel and one or more thermoelectric devices (TEDs) that are operable to cool the cell stack when current is supplied thereto. Heat spreaders may be employed within the battery pack, and exemplary configurations of components to thermally and mechanically couple the cooling subassembly are described.

  • Patent number: 11913446
Abstract: A system can include one or more processors; memory; a data interface that receives data; a control interface that transmits control signals for control of pumps of a hydraulic fracturing operation; and one or more components that can include one or more of a modeling component that predicts pressure in a well fluidly coupled to at least one of the pumps, a pumping rate adjustment component that generates a pumping rate control signal for transmission via the control interface, a capacity component that estimates a real-time pumping capacity for each individual pump, and a control component that, for a target pumping rate for the pumps during the hydraulic fracturing operation, generates at least one of engine throttle and transmission gear settings for each of the individual pumps using an estimated real-time pumping capacity for each individual pump where the settings are transmissible via the control interface.

  • Publication number: 20090292688
Abstract: A computer-readable medium encoded with computer instructions for providing relevant content on a web page for a user is provided. According to embodiments of the invention, the instructions are for determining a relevance metric for at least two articles. Each article of the at least two articles is selected from content of the user. Each article is associated with a time. The instructions further include instructions for selecting a set of relevant articles based on the relevance metric and ordering the set of relevant articles according to the associated time of each article of the set. The instructions also include instructions for providing the ordered set of relevant articles to the user.

  • Patent number: 7588942
Abstract: A whole-blood-based substitute composition that is useful in coagulation assays as a standard, reference, control, calibrator, linearity verifier, or training material is prepared by combining a red blood cell lysate that is free of plasma, leukocytes, and platelets with a platelet-free plasma of human origin and an antimicrobial agent.
