  • Patent number: 11913761
Abstract: An improved target label for shooting that includes at least one toner layer defining an image of a target, superimposed over a colored substrate having a color different from the toner layer, and an ink layer underlying the toner layer. When a projectile strikes and penetrates the target, the ink and toner layer displaces and scatters over an area surrounding the point of penetration, exposing the underlying colored substrate layer. The scattering of toner particles visually resembles gun powder and visually simulates damage over an area wider than the point of penetration by the projectile.

  • Patent number: 11549786
Abstract: A target device for target practice. The target device is foldable from a planar cardboard material sheet into a three-dimensional housing having lifted target extensions. The target extensions can be formed or printed with a target shape, or a separate target label can be applied over the target extension. The target extensions can include a tab cut therein that can be folded outward to change the angle of the target extensions relative to the shooter user.

  • Patent number: 11176850
Abstract: A label assembly including a face sheet, a back sheet, and a layer of an adhesive positioned between the face sheet and the back sheet. A separation line divides the label assembly into at least two portions. The separation line is formed by a first tearable line of separation extending across the back sheet and a second tearable line of separation extending across the face sheet. The first tearable line of separation is offset with respect to the second tearable line of separation, and at least one of the first and second tearable lines of separation includes a non-linear portion directed toward and/or an angled portion extending at an angle to an other of the at least one of the first and second tearable lines of separation.

  • Publication number: 20190162510
Abstract: A target label assembly and method of application. The target label assembly includes a reactive target label shape that has a printed target pattern that matches, for use as an overlay, an original target pattern of a base paper target. The label shape includes an alignment window over a portion of the printed target pattern, such as a plurality of target circles, of the label that allows for see-through alignment with the original target pattern to be overlaid. Thus a paper target can be made into a reactive target.

  • Patent number: 9881525
Abstract: A self-adhesive label for application to an object as a hang tab, without the need for a separate application device. The label includes a printable surface, a fold line dividing the label into two portions, and two matching hanger opening shapes, one on each of the two label portions. The matching hanger openings are reversely positioned with respect to each other to provide corresponding alignment upon folding the label about the object to align the matching hanger opening shapes to form a hanger opening. The label is particularly suited for use with retail product packaging used in hanging retail displays.

  • Patent number: 9539847
Abstract: An index label and a method for applying an index label to a sheet or folder. A label assembly includes labels in a column, and each of the labels includes a fold line. A registration structure is adjacent the label column. Each label can be partially folded into a raised position, and the item to be label placed adjacent the raided portions, such as using the registration structure to align the item. The raised portion is lowered and adhered to the item. The remainder of the label is then removed from the label assembly and folded to adhere to itself and/or the item to form an index label on the item.
