Fluid from the floor member flows into the channel and sump, and a pump in the sump for recirculating the fluid into containers on or above the platform. The platform will support a mobile vehicle for receiving fluid for wheeling it to a garden for spraying it. The platform may be used for spray-cleaning articles thereon. The platform is normally stationary but can be moved for re-locating it.
