Abstract: A door leveling apparatus is configured for assisting in the cutting of a lower edge of a door to match a base angle of a base of a door frame. In the exemplary embodiment, a housing is removably engagable with a hinge of each of the door and door frame and provides a pivotally engaged leveling arm configured for selectively pivoting away from the housing toward the base of the door frame. A laser assembly is pivotally engaged with a distal end of the leveling arm and comprises a laser housing capable of selectively emitting a laser beam and an angle adjustment knob configured for selectively retaining the laser housing at a desired laser angle that matches the base angle. The apparatus may then be removably engaged with the hinge of the door so that the laser beam may project the line on which the door is to be cut.
