    Abstract: A hunting arrow having an elastomeric device attached to the inside of the hollow shaft of the hunting arrow is used for the tracking of game animals that have been struck with the hunting arrow. The elastomeric device attached to the inside of the hollow shaft can project beyond the body of the game animal and provide a conduit for the flow of blood of the game animal even after the remaining portion of the hunting arrow projecting from the game animal has been sheared off.
