Abstract: A header support system for supporting a product display header on a pegboard panel includes a pegboard bracket, a support arm, an extension arm and a front plate. The pegboard bracket includes a backplate member having an upper portion, a lower portion and a front face, a spacer member, a plurality of spaced apart upper prongs for engaging the pegboard panel, a plurality of spaced apart lower prongs for engaging the pegboard panel and a plurality of first connection elements. The support arm includes substantially perpendicular first and second elongated members with connection elements for securing the support arm to the pegboard bracket. The extension arm slidably engages the second elongated member and the front plate is disposed at a proximate end of the extension arm for receiving the product display header.

Abstract: A modular display unit can be configured as a counter top display unit or a floor stand display unit. The display unit includes a first tray and a second tray disposed over and spaced apart from the first tray. Vertical support members are disposed between the first and second trays and include side panels and rear panels hingedly coupled to the side panels. The vertical support members also include lower tabs engaging associated receiving slots of the first tray and upper tabs engaging associated receiving slots of the second tray.

The support includes an inclined rearward portion elevated at a first angle between 5 degrees and 20 degrees relative to a horizontal, a forward retaining portion and an inclined intermediate portion connecting the rearward portion and forward retaining portion. The intermediate portion is elevated at a second angle relative to the horizontal greater than the first angle and forms a third angle of substantially 90 degrees with the forward retaining portion. The support defines an unobstructed travel path for the modular merchandise unit so that when a rear surface of the modular merchandise unit is placed on the inclined rearward portion of the support, the modular merchandise unit descends by gravity and tips into a selected presentation position.

Abstract: A display device for displaying and dispensing tubular items of merchandise includes a first side and a substantially parallel second side spaced apart by a distance. A base forming a bottom portion and a cover forming a top portion of the display device are disposed between the first and second side. A first ramp having a first width is disposed between the first and second side and slopes downwardly toward a rear portion of the display device. A second ramp having a second width is disposed between the first and second side. At least a portion of the second ramp is disposed under the first ramp and slopes downwardly toward a front portion of the display device. The first width and second width are less than the distance between the first side and second side for facilitating a movement of the tubular items of merchandise in the display device.

Abstract: A display device includes a chute supporting products in a stacked arrangement and a cartridge assembly for dispensing a lowermost product. The cartridge assembly includes a movable pocket biased in a closed position. A lever switch has a portion disposed within the pocket. An escapement member has an escapement arm and an escapement shelf disposed over the pocket. A cam body coupled to the lever switch has a cam surface. A timer device is disposed between the pocket and escapement member. As a product is removed from the pocket, the lever switch is raised. As the pocket is closed, the cam surface engages the escapement member, moving the escapement member into a retracted position, and allowing a product to drop from the chute into the pocket. This depresses the lever switch, moving the cam body and returning the escapement member to its forward position.

Abstract: A display device includes an enclosure for receiving a plurality of items of merchandise. The enclosure has a first side wall, a second side wall spaced apart from the first side wall and a front portion. The display device also includes a product advancing mechanism for advancing the items of merchandise toward the front portion of the enclosure for dispensing an item of merchandise. The product advancing mechanism includes a track disposed between the first and second side walls, a pusher body slidably engaging the track, a biasing element for biasing the pusher body, and a governing device for controlling the rate at which the first biasing element displaces the pusher body toward the front portion of the enclosure.

Abstract: An assembly for securing to a shelf having products disposed thereon and connection points spaced apart by a fixed distance includes an adjustable product display partition and a biasing device for biasing a row of products toward a front of the shelf. The product display partition includes a number of openings for selectively securing it to the shelf. The product display portion may be reversible with walls of differing heights to accommodate products of various heights. The biasing device includes a product advancing member slidably mounted to a base portion with a support for holding at least one product against its face. A biasing element biases the product advancing member toward a first end of the base. A product held against the face pushes against a product not held against said face to bias a row of products toward the front of the shelf.
