Abstract: A method including enabling user selection of an image for display as a root screen of a menu system; enabling user definition of a first area in the image that becomes a first actuation-sensitive area of the root screen of the menu system when the image is displayed as the root screen of the menu system; enabling user definition of an association between the first area in the image and a user selected first asset, wherein the association provides for the automatic use of the associated first asset when the first actuation-sensitive area of the root screen of the menu system is actuated while the image is displayed as the root screen of the menu system.

Abstract: A container and booklet combination comprises a container having walls defining a space, the walls having at least an insert aperture, and a booklet comprising a plurality of media sheets mounted on at least a portion of the outer surface of the container in a manner which allows removal of one of the media sheets from the plurality of media sheets, the media sheets being configured so as to be placed in the container through the insert aperture.

Abstract: A label with booklet comprises a liner material and a label having an upper and lower surface located on the liner. The label is secured to the liner by an adhesive layer on its lower surface such that the label can be peeled off the liner with the adhesive remaining on the lower surface of the label. A booklet is affixed to the upper surface of the label and comprises a plurality of stacked pages having edges including a top page and a bottom page, each of the pages being coextensive with each other and of smaller dimensions than the label. The booklet further comprises a cover member entirely covering the top page and extending beyond at least two opposing edges of the top page, the cover member having an upper non-adhesive surface, and a lower surface having an adhesive thereon by means of which the lower surface of the cover member is permanently adhered to the upper surface of the top page. The booklet is completely removable from the label by removing at least a portion of the cover member.
