  • Publication number: 20230063762
Abstract: In one example, the present disclosure describes a device, computer-readable medium, and method for proactively adjusting the infrastructure of a communications network in response to reporting of real-time network performance. For instance, in one example, a method includes obtaining real-time network performance metrics directly from a user endpoint device operated by a customer of a telecommunication service provider network, correlating the real-time network performance metrics with data from another data source, wherein the data includes data other than network performance metrics, and adjusting an infrastructure of the telecommunication service provider network in response to an insight gleaned through the correlating.

  • Patent number: 11344565
Abstract: Provided are methods of preparing compounds and pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound Formula VIII for treating Filoviridae virus infections. In one aspect, the compound of Formula VIII is formed from a reaction mixture comprising the compound of Formula IX, the compound of Formula X, a coupling agent such as magnesium chloride and a non-nucleophilic base such as diisopropylethylamine. The compound of Formula IX can be formed from a compound of Formula V and a cyanating agent. The compound of Formula V can be synthesized from a reaction mixture comprising a deprotonating agent such as phenylmagnesium chloride; a silylating agent such as chlorotrimethylsilane; a coupling agent such as isopropylmagnesium chloride, an additive such as LaCl3-2LiCl, LaCl3, CeCl3, NdCl3, or YCl3; a compound of Formula VI; and 7-iodopyrrolo[2,1-f][1,2,4]triazin-4-amine. The compounds, compositions, and methods provided are particularly useful for the treatment of Marburg virus, Ebola virus and Cueva virus infections.

  • Patent number: 11295597
Abstract: A system for securely transporting an item is disclosed, the system comprising a container comprising walls defining an inner cavity and a detection means for detecting tampering, wherein the detection means is contained within the walls of the container. The system further comprises an electronic sensor module, wherein the electronic sensor module comprises a continuity sensor configured to detect a discontinuity in the detection means. The system further comprises a transmitter configured to transmit a signal indicative of whether or not the continuity sensor has detected a discontinuity in the detection means. The signal may comprise a first type of signal responsive to the continuity sensor not detecting a discontinuity in the detection means and a second type of signal responsive to the continuity sensor detecting a discontinuity in the detection means.
