Abstract: A prosthetic valve includes an annular frame with a plurality of inflow apices and a plurality of outflow apices. Each one of the outflow apices can be circumferentially offset from a respective inflow apex. The prosthetic valve can further include a leaflet structure positioned within the frame and secured thereto. The prosthetic valve can further include an outer skirt secured to the frame. The outer skirt can include an upper edge portion disposed around an outer surface of the frame, a lower edge portion wrapped around the inflow apices, and a plurality of creases. Each crease can be circumferentially aligned with a corresponding outflow apex and can extend from the lower edge portion towards the upper edge portion. The inner skirt can be secured to an inner surface of the frame and can include a lower edge portion attached to the lower edge portion of the outer skirt.

Abstract: This disclosure is directed to prosthetic heart valves having elongated sealing members. As one example, a prosthetic heart valve comprises an annular frame, a leaflet assembly comprising a plurality of leaflets, and a skirt assembly comprising an inner skirt, an outer skirt, and/or a third skirt. The frame is radially compressible and expandable between a radially compressed state and a radially expanded state and comprises a plurality of apices at an inflow end. The skirt assembly forms a pocket at the inflow end of the frame that creates extra space between the inflow end of the frame and the skirt assembly when the frame is in the radially expanded state. This pocket allows the apices at the inflow end of the frame to move towards an inflow end of the pocket when the frame is radially compressed to the radially compressed state without protruding through the skirt assembly.

Abstract: A limb support comprises a spar, a limb rest, and a coupler. The spar is configured to be supported from a patient support apparatus and adjustable relative to the patient support and has a longitudinal axis. The coupler includes a release that is actuable between a first position permitting movement of the coupler relative to the patient support and a second position preventing movement of the coupler relative to the patient support.

Abstract: An industrial asset management system leverages augmented reality (AR) technology to discover and register assets within an industrial facility. The system uses the registered asset tracking information in conjunction with AR-based navigational features to guide users to desired assets and to provide information about an asset within the user's field of view. The asset management system also supports AR-assisted asset check in and check out workflows.

Abstract: A prosthetic heart valve includes a frame, a valvular structure, and a skirt. The frame is movable between collapsed and expanded configurations and includes struts disposed between inflow and outflow ends, apices disposed at the inflow end formed by intersections of two or more struts, and junctions disposed between the apices and the outflow end and formed by intersections of two or more struts. The apices are circumferentially offset from the junctions. The valvular structure is positioned within and secured to the frame. The skirt is secured to the frame and includes a first edge portion and a second edge portion. The first edge portion is secured to the frame at the apices. The second edge portion is secured to the frame at the junctions. The skirt is configured to retract inwardly between the apices when the frame is moved from the radially expanded configuration to the radially collapsed configuration.

Abstract: This disclosure describes, in part, techniques for sharing content associated with network applications. For instance, a user may want to share content for a network application, such as a game stream for a gaming application. As such, system(s) may launch a broadcasting session on a first virtual server and launch the network application on a second virtual server. The first virtual server may then receive content data representing states of the network application from the second virtual server. Additionally, the first virtual server may receive video data representing the user and/or audio data representing user speech from a user device. The first virtual server may then generate broadcasting data using the content data, the video data, and the audio data. After generating the broadcasting data, the system(s) may send the broadcasting data to one or more computing devices associated with a user account.

Abstract: A data security server system includes a first network proxy, a data classifier, an operation pipeline module, a vault database, security infrastructure, and second network proxy that function as secure data tunnel mechanisms through which network data containing sensitive information passes through. The data classifier identifies data payloads having data fields that require processing and routes these data payloads to an operation pipeline module which can redact, tokenize or otherwise process sensitive data before the data payload exits the system. The data classifier also reverses the process by identifying data payloads having redacted or tokenize data fields and restoring the sensitive data to these data fields.
