A control assembly is structured to operate one or more of the aforementioned nozzle assemblies and includes hand operated activating and positioning devices, remotely disposed from the nozzle assemblies and structured to accomplish concurrent or independent activation of the one or more nozzle assemblies and the selective positioning of at least one of the nozzle assemblies, such that streams of water may be directed outwardly from the vehicle in a variety of different directions.
