Abstract: Systems and methods for a multi-platform prescription routing system in a network are provided. The system includes a network interface communicatively coupled to a computer network, the network interface including a receiver and a transmitter. The system includes at least one processor communicatively coupled to the network interface. The processor is configured to transmit the first prescription to the first supplier, and the second prescription to the second supplier for fulfillment. The processor is further configured to receive, via the network interface, status updates from the one or more suppliers. The processor is further configured to transmit, via the network interface, the status updates to the at least one user device in a format through which the status updates from the first supplier and the second supplier are together viewable by the patient within a single user interface at the user device.

The receiver is configured to receive an electronic prescription and patient information over a communications network and the transmitter configured to prepare data for transmission over the communications network. The system includes at least one processor communicatively coupled to the network interface. The processor is configured for receiving, using the at least one processor and via the communications network, the electronic prescription. The processor is further configured for accessing a database of pricing data communicatively coupled to the communications network. The processor is configured to select a suggested pharmacy accessible to the patient by evaluating the plurality of participating pharmacies. The processor is configured to send the prescription electronically to a computing system of the suggested pharmacy for fulfillment.

Abstract: The system includes a variety of aspects which allow users to efficiently receive reimbursement for claims. Claims accepted by CMS result in reimbursement for claimants. Claims rejected by CMS represent lost revenue for claimants. In order to maximize accepted claims and minimize rejected claims, the system provides for the generation of more accurate PDE files for submission and for the accumulation and formatting of information received from CMS to facilitate correction of PDE errors. These aspects work in tandem to minimize lost revenue for the claimant. Further, aspects described herein help minimize PDE error rates. Such minimization of errors can affect the reputation, business model, credibility, and competitive posture of Part D plan sponsors. Accordingly, minimization of PDE error rates is important to the overall design, function, and profitability of any Medicare Part D plan sponsor.

Abstract: A document-endorse arrangement has a document transport mechanism wherein documents are advanced down a track past one or more print stations where a jet-print nozzle array projects an ink stream to the document. One or more angled air streams arise from the track. Each air stream is directed downstream of the track at an acute angle of approximately 20 degrees with respect to the track. At least one of the airstreams is upstream of the nozzles and is adapted to pneumatically float each document past the nozzles so as to maintain a prescribed gap between the document and both the track and nozzles. This inhibits contamination of the nozzle from surplus ink and dust.
