Abstract: A cutting instrument can include a blade body having at least one face and a cutting wedge. The cutting wedge can include a leading edge and one or more cutting fasciae extending from the at least one face and defining at least a portion of the leading edge. The one or more cutting fasciae can have a surface roughness comprising one or more of: (1) a measured maximum height (St) of 1.5 ?m or less with a standard deviation of 0.4 ?m or less within a measurement area of 16,641 square microns on at least the portion of the one or more cutting fasciae, or (2) a measured arithmetic mean peak curvature (Spc) of 150 mm?1 or less with a standard deviation of 30 mm?1 or less within the measurement area of 16,641 square microns on the at least the portion of the one or more cutting fasciae. Abstract: A system and method that allows an Internet Service Provider (ISP) to attract and keep more subscribers (while greatly reducing the funds needed for advertising, branding and promotion) by marketing an entity (e.g., a nonprofit organization) as the provider of an Internet services and offering the Internet service on behalf of the entity such that the entity appears to the subscribers as the provider of the Internet service. The Internet service has the “look and feel” of the entity while the ISP runs the hardware, software, and logistical support to provide the Internet service. Thus, the entity is not required to provide the Internet service. The subscribers may be chosen from a group of supporters of the entity. The entity is thus represented as the “brand” of the Internet service and the subscribers may be encouraged to show their support to the entity through subscription to the Internet service.

Abstract: A detention structure made up of a plurality of modules all of which are similar to each other, and in basic structure identical. They are connected together to form a single main structure. In the main structure, each of the modules performs an independent function. Each modules has an inner end and an outer end, the inner end being connected to another module or structure. The outer end provides an opening to the exterior. The various structures provide different degrees of confinement, such as minimum security, medium security, and maximum security, respectively. The modules can be connected selectively with other modules, or with permanent buildings already existing.
