  • Patent number: 10721970
Abstract: An electronic vaporizing inhaler comprises a liquid reservoir adapted to receive vaping liquid, and a vaporizer. The vaporizer comprises a solid partition having a plurality of capillary apertures extending transversely through the solid partition, wherein the capillary apertures provide fluid communication between the vaporizer and the liquid reservoir. A sponge is disposed in physical contact with the solid partition and overlays the plurality of capillary apertures. A wick is disposed in physical contact with and overlaying the sponge, and a heating element is disposed above the wick.

  • Patent number: 10631575
Abstract: A flexible circuit board comprises an elongate strip of flexible material having electricity conducting circuitry disposed therein or thereon. A first flap of material is disposed generally transversely to the first end of the elongate strip, where the first flap supports an inner electrode disposed over a center portion of the first flap and an outer electrode disposed around a perimeter of the first flap. Both the inner electrode and the outer electrodes are in electrical communication with the circuitry. A second flap of material is disposed generally transversely to the second end of the elongate strip, where the second flap supports a microprocessor in electrical communication with the circuitry. A first electrical lead is disposed on the elongate strip near the first end and a second electrical lead is disposed on the elongate strip near the second end.

  • Publication number: 20160365982
Abstract: The present invention provides an efficient secure end-to-end messaging system utilizing encrypted ephemeral messages. The method comprises the steps of using a combination of HTTPS for transport security, using symmetric key cryptography with rotating temporary keys for individual message security, and using elliptic curve cryptography for key derivation and message authentication. The key rotation scheme used provides forward secrecy between messages and sessions.

  • Publication number: 20140367275
Abstract: The invention provides a method for enriching air with hydrogen for subsequent use by internal combustion engines, the method comprising supplying a modified form of water; electrolyzing the water to produce hydrogen gas; mixing the gas with air to produce a hydrogen-air mixture; and injecting the mixture into the air intake of a combustion engine. Also provided is a system for enriching internal combustion engine air intake with hydrogen gas, the system comprising modified water; an electrolysis unit for producing hydrogen gas from the modified water; and process for mixing the gas with ambient air to create a mixture, and a venturi-based injector for inserting the mixture into the air intake system of the engine.

  • Publication number: 20130255596
Abstract: A method for enriching air with hydrogen for subsequent use by internal combustion engines is discussed. The method begins with supplying a modified form of water. Subsequently, the method continues with electrolyzing the water to produce hydrogen gas. Next, the method involves mixing the gas with air to produce a hydrogen-air mixture, and injecting the mixture into the air intake of a combustion engine. Also discussed is a system for enriching internal combustion engine air intake with hydrogen gas. The system uses modified water, an electrolysis unit for producing hydrogen gas from the modified water. The system mixes the gas with ambient air to create a mixture, and a venturi-based injector introduces the mixture into the air intake system of the engine.

  • Patent number: 4965558
Abstract: An image retrieval system and method are provided for retrieving and displaying images of the plurality of images stored in the system. Images are grouped into collections of images, or documents. Representative images indicative of the representative images include representations of third, orthogonal or depth dimensions indicative of the number of images in the image groups. With a position indicating device, the user selects for display an image from an image group by indicating a position along the depth dimension of the representative image at a location corresponding to the relative location of the image in the image group. The image then is retrieved and displayed. Once the image is displayed, means are provided for sequential retrieval and display of images, forwards or backwards, through the images in the selected image group.
