Abstract: The electrical connector unit includes a first connector electrically coupled to a component to define a path for electrical supply therethrough for an activation and a deactivation of the component. The first connector includes a body, electrical contacts, and an opening. The body includes a surface that defines an array of electrical contact locations including one or more first electrical contact locations and a second electrical contact location. The electrical contacts extend correspondingly from the first electrical contact locations. The opening extends from the second electrical contact location to fluidly couple with an interior of an enclosure encasing the component. The first connector is configured to receive a second connector configured to facilitate passage of a fluid through the opening to create a pressure differential between the interior of the enclosure and an exterior of the enclosure for performing a leak testing of the enclosure.

The shock absorber further includes a driven plate connectable to a rotary driven shaft. A housing may be fixedly secured to either or both of the drive plate and the driven plate. The housing may have an outer wall forming a hollow center portion and a plurality of openings extending through the outer wall to the hollow center portion. Each opening of the plurality of openings may have first and second positive stops formed thereon. The shock absorber further comprises an elastomeric member disposed in the housing between the drive plate and the driven plate. The elastomeric member is configured to absorb vibration from the driven plate. Each removable lug of the plurality of removable lugs has first and second striking faces at a radially distal edge and on circumferentially opposing sides.

Integrated with the inflatable elastomeric material at the base portions of the inner diameter end of the seal body is a material having a modulus that is higher than the modulus of the inflatable elastomeric material so as to prevent the radial expansion of the lip portions and the base portions of the inner diameter end of the seal body.

Abstract: Technology is disclosed for stack isolation in a storage system including a storage network switch and multiple storage sub-systems (e.g., storage stacks). The storage network switch includes multiple ports and at least one of the ports is configured to dynamically connect to a device that can be either a storage controller device or a storage sub-system. The technology can receive an identification message indicating that a device is connected to a port of a storage network switch, determine based on the identification message at the storage network switch whether the device is a storage controller device or a storage sub-system, and transfer messages between the ports of the storage network switch such that the storage network switch prevents communications between storage sub-systems connected to the storage network switch, but allows communications between the storage sub-systems and storage controller devices connected to the storage network switch.
