    Abstract: A computer-implemented method includes providing to a user access, via an electronic network, to a memory device on which are stored listings of parcels of real property. A selection of a set of the stored listings is received from the user via the electronic network. In response to receiving the selection, at least a portion of a first itinerary is generated including an indication of at least one time at which the user will receive permitted physical access to at least one parcel of real property associated with the selected set of stored listings. The first itinerary is then provided to the user.

    Abstract: An IM type steel cartridge whose base contains a central bore there through—within which bore is a steel base plug holding a primer cup, the base plug being held in place by a low melt, 220 to 250 degree F. melt eutectic solder—wherein, if the cartridge is subjected to an unforeseen thermal or kinetic event, the solder will melt, the base plug ejected, and the propellant will vent rather than explode. The solder bond between the base plug and the cartridge case within which it is held is capable of resisting the from about 72,000, to up to 90,000 psi, force generated within the firing chamber of the weapon by the ignition and firing of the cartridge.

    Abstract: To hinder activation caused by unplanned stimuli, a munition may include first and second discrete, separable parts. The first and second parts may include interlocking components to prevent relative axial translation of the first and second parts. The first and second parts may be torsionally biased in opposite directions. A binder with a low melting temperature may fix the first and second parts together to prevent the torsional bias from rotating the first and second parts in the opposite directions. When the binder melts, the torsional bias may cause the first part to rotate with respect to the second part. Relative rotation of the first and second parts may allow relative axial translation of the first and second parts.

    Abstract: A composite monopack container for mortar ammunition is lightweight, universally adaptable to all existing ammunition types, is capable of fully protecting ammunition without the need of a metal overpack, and is relatively inexpensive to produce, maintain and dispose. The container is also fully back-compatible enables a quicker ammunition re-supply and greater ammunition availability on the battlefield. The monopack container comprises a cap, a main body, a latch assembly that locks the cap and the main body, a pair of alignment features that mate with two corresponding alignment channels on the main body, and three stacking indices that prevent the container from rolling, and that make it stackable with other composite containers.
