    Abstract: A storage unit that may be used in place of an attendant seat, fits into the approximate space of the attendant seat and may employ the same attachment system for securing the storage unit. The storage unit comprises an enclosure having a door and a mounting bracket. The storage unit has a profile that may be configured to match that of a floor-mounted attendant seat, wherein the storage unit may be used to replace the floor-mounted attendant seat. The enclosure may be formed having a resilient structure that forms a compartment, a front wall enclosing the area of the compartment, at least one vertical rail, a top cap. The storage unit further comprises a mounting bracket and a plurality of fasteners for attaching the storage unit to a support frame.
