The dispenser (10) includes a push handle (13) that pivots on a pivot point (16) to dispense product when the push handle (13) is compressed. Pushing the push handle (13) moves the handle lever assembly (25 and 25?) components, which in turn activates a product outlet (23) to dispense the product.
