Abstract: An interconnect structure, along with methods of forming such, are described. The structure includes a dielectric layer, a conductive feature disposed in the dielectric layer, and a conductive layer disposed over the dielectric layer, wherein the conductive layer includes a first portion and a second portion adjacent the first portion. The structure also includes a first barrier layer in contact with the first portion of the conductive layer, a second barrier layer in contact with the second portion of the conductive layer, and a dielectric material disposed between and in contact with the first and second barrier layers, wherein a bottom surface of the second barrier layer and a bottom surface of the dielectric material are substantially co-planar.

Abstract: A semiconductor device includes a first transistor and a second transistor. The first transistor includes: a first source and a first drain separated by a first distance, a first semiconductor structure disposed between the first source and first drain, a first gate electrode disposed over the first semiconductor structure, and a first dielectric structure disposed over the first gate electrode. The first dielectric structure has a lower portion and an upper portion disposed over the lower portion and wider than the lower portion. The second transistor includes: a second source and a second drain separated by a second distance greater than the first distance, a second semiconductor structure disposed between the second source and second drain, a second gate electrode disposed over the second semiconductor structure, and a second dielectric structure disposed over the second gate electrode. The second dielectric structure and the first dielectric structure have different material compositions.

Abstract: A mobile device includes a mobile platform, an ultraviolet light-emitting module, a scanning module and a controlling module. The mobile platform is used for moving within a working area. The ultraviolet light-emitting module, disposed on an external exposed surface of the mobile platform, is used for generating at least one ultraviolet beam to perform a disinfecting and sterilizing operation within the working area. The scanning module, disposed at the mobile platform and defined with an entire scan range, is used for generating a warning signal upon when a human within the entire scan range is determined. The controlling module, electrically connected with the scanning module and the ultraviolet light-emitting module, is used for controlling the ultraviolet light-emitting module to stop generating the at least one ultraviolet beam upon when the warning signal is received, so that the at least one ultraviolet beam can be prevented from harming the human.

Abstract: A channel management method is provided for use in a channel management device. The channel management method includes the following steps. First, a scan request is received. Also, a number of television channels are scanned to generate a first set of channel list. Next, a number of network channels are scanned to generate a second set of channel list. Then, an integrated channel list is generated according to at least one set of channel lists which at least includes the first and the second set of channel lists. Afterwards, the content of a corresponding program is provided according to the integrated channel list and a selected channel thereof, when the selected channel is selected.
