  • Patent number: 11944970
Abstract: A microfluidic detection unit comprises at least one fluid injection section, a fluid storage section and a detection section. Each fluid injection section defines a fluid outlet; the fluid storage section is in gas communication with the atmosphere and defines a fluid inlet; the detection section defines a first end in communication with the fluid outlet and a second end in communication with the fluid inlet. A height difference is defined between the fluid outlet and the fluid inlet along the direction of gravity. When a first fluid is injected from the at least one fluid injection section, the first fluid is driven by gravity to pass through the detection section and accumulate to form a droplet at the fluid inlet, such that a state of fluid pressure equilibrium of the first fluid is established.

  • Publication number: 20070120467
Abstract: A full-color organic electroluminescence display has pixel units. Each pixel unit has a first electrode disposed on a transparent substrate. A first sub-pixel region, a second sub-pixel region, and a third sub-pixel region are defined on the first electrode. A first organic light-emitting layer is disposed over the first sub-pixel region; a second organic light-emitting layer is disposed on the second sub-pixel region; a third organic light-emitting layer is disposed on the third sub-pixel region and overlaying the first and second organic light-emitting layers. Each of the organic light-emitting layers emits light with a specific wavelength. A second electrode is disposed over the third organic light-emitting layer. A method for manufacturing the full-color organic electroluminescence display provides two mask procedures to form two OLELs on the first and the second sub-pixel regions respectively. A wide open mask alignment procedure is introduced to form the third OLEL on all sub-pixel regions.

  • Publication number: 20070024186
Abstract: The present invention relates to a color filter conversion apparatus. More particularly, the present invention relates to a color filter conversion apparatus and the application thereof. A color conversion layer, a first photo resist, and a second photo resist are arranged on the substrate. In addition, a first organic light emitting element is arranged on the vertically extended region of the second photo resist and a second organic light emitting element is arranged on the vertically extended region of the first photo resist, the second photo resist and the color conversion layer. Thus, the times for evaporating processes are decreased. Furthermore, the transmittance through the photo resist for the light source produced by the organic light emitting element is raised and the converting efficiency of the color conversion layer can also be enhanced.

  • Publication number: 20070024184
Abstract: A Full-color organic electroluminescent display device with low power consumption includes a first electrode provided on the surface of a color filter, a first organic light emitting unit for generating a first light and a fourth organic light emitting unit for generating a fourth light respectively provided on the surface of the first electrode. The first light passes through a first photo-resist and filtered for generating a first colored light. And, the fourth organic light emitting unit provides a second photo-resist and a third photo-resist on the vertical extension place thereof. The fourth light passes through the second photo-resist and filtered for generating a second colored light, passes through the third photo-resist and filtered for generating a third colored light. Thus, the first colored light, second colored light, and third colored light are used to be mixed and collocated for forming full-color light emitting.

  • Publication number: 20060220536
Abstract: An organic electroluminescent device and method of manufacturing the same are provided. The device comprises a plurality of lower electrodes and at least one insulation layer crossing said lower electrodes. The insulation layer consists of parts of a bottom, a neck, and a top, wherein the action width of the top thereof is smaller than the bottom, which when such formed as a organic light emitting layer, the organic light emitting layer can touch the bottom of the insulation layer to prevent the short circuit from the abnormal contact of the opposite electrode and lower electrode. Further, a separator can be formed between each of the lower electrodes. The separator and the insulation layer can define each pixel position within the organic electroluminescent device. Wherein, the separator can isolate the horizontal light source of the organic light emitting layer to reduce the crosstalk noise for pixels each other.
