In an embodiment of the method, the method includes introducing a first precursor into a trench of a dielectric layer, such that portions of the first precursor react with the dielectric layer and attach on sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes partially etching portions of the first precursor on the sidewalls of the trench to expose upper portions of the sidewalls of the trench. The method further includes introducing a second precursor into the trench, such that portions of the second precursor react with the remaining portions of the first precursor to form the dielectric material at the bottom of the trench.

Sequential model fitting is performed on the plurality of images. The sequential model fitting is based on results of running the initial network and the fully-connected networks. The method further includes determining, based on the sequential model fitting, a locational position for a camera in which the camera has a view of a possible point of collision of two or more of the actors. The camera is instructed to be positioned in the locational position.

The optical sensing module is configured to receive the interference light caused by the coherent light being reflected by the sample inside the microchannel.

The object includes a first component and a second component pivotally connected to each other through a rotation shaft. When the object is manufactured in a manufacturing space, the first component is close to the second component, and the first engaging element and the second engaging element are disengaged with each other. After the object is manufactured, the first component is rotated relative to the second component at an adjustment angle around the rotation shaft. The first engaging element and the second engaging element are engaged with each other and locked, to form a use space of the object larger than the manufacturing space. It is beneficial to achieve the purpose of reducing the required manufacturing space.
