  • Patent number: 9612022
Abstract: A teppanyaki assembly includes a platform including a cooking plane, an air pump installed in the platform, and an air filter connected to the air pump. The air filter has a housing with an air room defined therein connecting to an air channel of the air pump and a filter screen slantwise disposed within the air room for increasing an area available for filtering air and oil fumes, thereby facilitating an increase in transient air flow, a decrease in wind resistance, and an efficient oil fumes interception to prevent the problem of air pollution. An additional arrangement of a cleaning door on the housing also allows the filter screen to be promptly taken out for following washing and maintaining proceedings, which increases the using convenience.

  • Patent number: 9028596
Abstract: A cascade-type device for intercepting and filtering oil fumes comprises an exhausting space formed between a housing and a filter and a cascading space formed between the filter and an external plate. A wind entrance communicated with the cascading space is formed between a lower portion of the external plate and the housing. The housing accommodates rinsing liquid whose height is higher than a bottom edge of the external plate. A negative pressure formed in the exhausting and the cascading space while drawing air allows the rinsing liquid blown by a wind pressure to hit the filter and generate water bloom for combining oil molecules of oil fumes. When the oil fumes further pass the filter, the oil molecules are adhered to the filter again and then scoured off by the water bloom, thereby attaining a dual-filtering effect and an automatic cleanliness of the filter and the housing.

  • Publication number: 20130333686
Abstract: An assembly for cooking has a safety device installed on an air guider. The safety device comprises a sensor detecting a wind flow from the air guider and a processing unit comparing a sensed flow value of the wind flow with a predetermined flow value and determining the flowing condition of the air guider and executing a controlling action. When oil sludge obstructs an opening of the air guider to cause the flow value of cooking fumes to be lower than the predetermined value, the processing unit stops an air pump of the air guider or activates an alarm unit to warn operators to clean the air guider, thereby maintaining an efficient inhaling effect of the air guider. The processing unit can concurrently promote a rotation speed of the air pump to keep inhaling an amount of cooking fumes for avoiding scattering the cooking fumes in dining spaces.

  • Publication number: 20130042853
Abstract: A cooking assembly that saves energy, reduces noise, and circularly removes fumes comprises a venting outlet disposed opposite to an absorbing inlet of an absorbing device. The air expelled from the venting outlet permits guiding fumes and smells generated during cooking into an absorbing scope of the absorbing inlet, thereby offering a recurring air curtain over a cooking platen. The cooking assembly keeps heating energy but takes away the cooking fumes and smells from the cooking platen via a consistent and recurring operation to clarify the air. The recurring air curtain avoids wasting air conditioning energy and prevents from leaking the air polluted by fumes out, which allows the cooking assembly to omit an extra outdoor discharging pipe but attain a fresh and tranquil dining atmosphere, and decrease the energy consumption of the facility for being friendly to the environment.

  • Publication number: 20120247451
Abstract: A teppanyaki assembly available for sucking air by multiple angles comprises a platform including a cooking plane, and an air pump installed in the platform and including an air guider as well as an air channel. Wherein, the air guider has a housing disposed on the cooking plane and a regulator pivoted to the housing. Tuning the regulator allows an air entrance on the regulator to confront an external opening on the housing by different degrees so as to pump air with divergent angles and filter air properly. Besides, an air extracting effect could be favorably controlled in accordance with different food.

  • Publication number: 20120174801
Abstract: A teppanyaki platform comprises a platen, a stir-frying area disposed on the platen for stir-frying food, an eating area disposed around a periphery of the stir-frying area for users to dine, and a preparing area disposed between the stir-frying area and the eating area. By means of the separation brought about by the preparing area, the raw food and the cooked food would not be concurrently disposed on the stir-frying area, so that the raw food does not mix with the cooked food, and the dining hygiene is ensured. The arrangement of the preparing area and the eating area disposed in different horizontals renders the eating area and the stir-frying area more distinguishable for consumers to avoid mistakenly taking the raw food from the stir-frying area, so that the dining safety is increased, and the convenience of cleaning the dining plates is promoted.
