Abstract: Disclosed is a spectrum resource allocation method, including: a secondary system management node receiving a request message sent by a secondary system device for a priority channel application qualification; and judging whether to give the priority channel application qualification to the secondary system device according to the request message, and returning a response message to the secondary system device according to the judgment result. Also disclosed are a spectrum resource allocation system and a secondary system management node.

The method comprises: a Reconfigurable Base Station (RBS) divides subordinate nodes into groups according to attributes of the subordinate nodes, and sends a reconfiguration command to a subordinate node in a designated group, and the RBS and the subordinate node execute reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; or, the RBS executes reconfiguration of spectrum resources according to the reconfiguration command; and a subordinate User Equipment (UE) accessing to a reconfigured RBS after interruption. By means of the present disclosure, the reconfiguration of spectrum resources of a cognitive radio system can be realized.

The method includes: after spectrum resource configuration is triggered, a spectrum resource configuration decision is generated, and spectrum resources are configured to a to-be-configured link according to the configuration decision. Also disclosed are a spectrum resource reconfiguration device and system for implementing the method. In the disclosure, a spectrum resource Database (DB) is set and stores currently available spectrum resources and used spectrum resources. In this way, when insufficient spectrum resources occur on some links or spectrum resources are unavailable, a system may configure corresponding spectrum resources to the links according to currently available spectrum resources, so that it is ensured that the links with insufficient spectrum resources have available resources, thereby ensuring development of as many services as possible.

Abstract: The disclosure provides a method for transmitting Cognitive Pilot Channel (CPC) information, a radio access method and system based on CPC information, wherein the method for transmitting CPC information includes: dividing a CPC into a primary CPC for transmitting primary CPC information and a secondary CPC for transmitting secondary CPC information; loading the primary CPC information periodically into fixed physical resources, and sending the primary CPC information to a user equipment; after a base station receives a preset triggering event, loading the secondary CPC information into variable physical resources, and sending the secondary CPC information to the user equipment.

Abstract: The present disclosure discloses a dynamic spectrum allocation method and device based on channel management. The method comprises the following steps: a network node generates a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information, and maintains and updates the channel set; and the network node selects a spectrum from the channel set and allocates the spectrum. The device comprises: a channel set generation module configured to generate a channel set according to an available channel list and channel classification information and maintain and update the channel set; and a spectrum allocation module configured to select a spectrum from the channel set and allocate the spectrum. The present disclosure can reduce the delay in the spectrum resource reconfiguration of a CR system, improves the overall performance of spectrum resource reconfiguration and increases the utilization efficiency of a spectrum.

Abstract: Disclosed is a method for interference distribution. The method comprises: a reconfiguration management node of a secondary system acquires or receives information of an idle spectrum resource and information on the total interference value that the secondary system is permitted to generate on the idle spectrum resource; and, the reconfiguration management node calculates, on the basis of the information on the total interference value that the secondary system is permitted to generate, a transmission power for a secondary user equipment that is subordinate to the reconfiguration management node. While at the same time, also disclosed are a system, management node, database, and storage medium for interference distribution.

Abstract: A method and apparatus for controlling a handover in a cognitive radio system are used to control a cell handover process of a user equipment, and can hand over the user equipment to an appropriate target cell as far as possible. The method includes: a source base station receiving a measurement report send by a user equipment; the source base station controlling a handover of the user equipment according to the measurement report, radio resource management information, and reconfiguration related information. The apparatus is located in the source base station and includes a receiving module and a handover controlling module.
