The adjustable external fixator includes a body, a positioning member, a bone coupling member, and a threaded rod. The body includes a slideway. At least one of the positioning member and the bone coupling member is slidably coupled to the slideway of the body.

Abstract: An arthroscopic positioning instrument is provided to overcome the problem of inconvenient operation of the modern arthroscopic positioning instrument. The arthroscopic positioning instrument includes a handle, a positioning member and a guiding cylinder is disclosed. The handle includes a finger holding member, a palm holding member and at least one connecting member. The palm holding member is connected to the finger holding member via the at least one connecting member. The finger holding member includes one end provided with an engaging portion and an arched guiding groove. The palm holding member does not intrude into a maximum axial range of the engaging portion. The positioning member includes an arched end and a hook end. The arched end is received in the arched guiding groove. The guiding cylinder is coupled with the engaging portion of the finger holding member.

The image reconstruction step uses an image processing system to perform image reconstruction of the original 3D craniofacial image to obtain a reconstructed 3D craniofacial image, and the image processing system comprises a plurality of mechanical data. The comparison step compares the original 3D craniofacial image with the reconstructed 3D craniofacial image and defines the image difference therebetween as a defected portion. The data retrieval step retrieves a portion of the mechanical data and defines a mechanical compensation area on the reconstructed 3D craniofacial image. The auxiliary table is arranged on a side of the CT scanner opposite to another side where the scanning table is disposed, with the auxiliary table having an extension portion and a body, wherein a connection end of the extension portion connects with the body, an abutting end of the extension portion abutting against the scanning table, the extension portion has an inclined surface raised from the connection end to the abutting end, and the scanning table is able to push the auxiliary table moving relatively to the scanning area.

Abstract: An articulating fore grip adapted for retrofit attachment to a rail-like support structure of an existing firearm. The fore grip comprises a base member which is slidably attachable to and selectively positionable along the rail of the firearm. The base member is outfitted with a locking mechanism which is operative to selectively maintain the base member in a prescribed position relative to the rail. The fore grip further comprises an adapter member which is rotatably connected to the base member, and a handle member which is pivotally connected to the adapter member. The rotatable and pivotal connection of the handle member to the base member effectuated by the adapter member allows the handle member to be selectively positioned in a multiplicity of differing angular orientations relative to the rail of the firearm, and further allows the handle member to be selectively moved between a fully deployed position and a fully collapsed position.
