In the process that the output voltage value of the output end is increased gradually, the control module detects an input voltage value and an input current value and the output voltage value to calculate and store an input power correspondingly, and then control the power module according to the output voltage value, which corresponds to the minimum input power of the stored input powers to make the output voltage value of the output end be an optimum voltage value.
