  • Publication number: 20200246943
Abstract: A socket structure with only a single positioning member includes: a sleeve body, a fitting member, a drive shaft, a first spring, a second spring and the positioning member. since the annular shoulder of the fitting member is abutted against by the annular protrusion of the drive shaft, the drive shaft can be prevented from detaching from the fitting member when pushed by the second spring. Besides, the single positioning member is provided for abutting against the positioning annular flange of the fitting member to prevent the fitting member from detaching from the sleeve body when pushed by the first spring. Therefore, the assembly of the socket structure can be completed by arrange one component (namely the positioning member) between the sleeve body, the fitting member, the drive shaft, the first spring, and the second spring, which reduces assembly and parts costs.

  • Publication number: 20200122304
Abstract: A socket wrench contains: a body and at least one drive assembly. Each drive assembly includes a socket, a spring, a first fitting element, and a second fitting element. The body includes two control members. The socket has a ratchet section, a first accommodation groove, a second accommodation groove, a communication groove, two first positioning elements, and two second positioning elements. The first fitting element has a first engagement section, a second engagement section, a third accommodation groove, and a first trench. The second fitting element has a third engagement section, a fourth engagement section, a fourth accommodation groove, and a second trench. The spring is accommodated in the communication groove and abuts against the first fitting element and the second fitting element so that the first engagement section and the second engagement section flush with the first accommodation groove and the second accommodation groove individually.

  • Patent number: 10625404
Abstract: A socket structure contains: a hollow body, a fitting member, an operation bar, a first spring, and a second spring. The hollow body includes a first accommodation groove, a connection groove, a first guide groove, and a second guide groove. The fitting member includes a first section, a second section, a second accommodation groove, a polygonal hole, and a peripheral trough. The hollow body further includes at least one fixing element, the first spring abuts against a stepped connection portion of the first guide groove and the second guide groove and the second section of the fitting member. The operation bar includes a polygonal extension and a peripheral rib. The second spring abuts against a bottom of the second guide groove, and a second end of the second spring pushes the polygonal extension of the operation bar to extend out of the second accommodation groove.

  • Publication number: 20190381626
Abstract: A method for finishing an edge of a glass sheet comprises grinding the edge of the glass sheet with a grinding wheel. The glass sheet includes a first major surface, a second major surface substantially parallel to the first major surface, and the edge connecting the first and second major surfaces. The grinding produces a central edge portion and two chamfered edge portions connecting the central edge portion with the first and second major surfaces, respectively. The method further comprises polishing the central edge portion with at least one cup wheel rotated about a first axis substantially parallel with the first and second major surfaces of the glass sheet to polish the central edge portion, wherein an abrasive layer of the cup wheel comprises at least one of ferric oxide (Fe2O3), silicon carbide (SiC), and ceric oxide (CeO2).

  • Publication number: 20190337112
Abstract: Methods and apparatus for finishing an edge of a glass sheet are described. The edge of the glass sheet is finished using a grinding wheel mounted on one end of a spindle, the grinding wheel having a peripheral edge that contacts the edge of the glass sheet during the grinding. The edge of the glass sheet is further finished by polishing the edge of the glass sheet with a polishing wheel mounted on one end of a spindle, the polishing wheel having an end face which contacts the glass edge during polishing.

  • Publication number: 20190111548
Abstract: A socket structure contains: a body, a fitting element, a first spring, a drive shaft, and a second spring. The body includes a first accommodation groove, a connection slot, a first trough, and a second trough. The fitting element includes a front section and a rear section, wherein the rear section of the fitting element has a notch, and the body includes at least one positioning element. The first spring is housed in the first trough and its first end abuts against the first trough and the second trough, and a second end of the first spring is biased against the rear section. The drive shaft includes a polygonal extension and a peripheral rib. A first end of the second spring abuts against the second trough, and a second end of the second spring pushes the polygonal extension to extend out of the second accommodation groove.
