A thickness of the cover plate is from 50 ?m to 70 ?m. A thickness of the first adhesive layer is from 40 ?m to 60 ?m. A thickness of the thin glass layer is from 40 ?m to 80 ?m. A thickness of the second adhesive layer is from 10 ?m to 60 ?m. A thickness of the touch sensing layer is from 28 ?m to 48 ?m. A plane located at half of a total thickness of the touch display module is defined as a stress neutral layer located in the touch sensing layer, third adhesive layer, polarizing film, or organic light emitting display layer.

At least one of the first adhesive layer disposed on the side surface of the display module or the protective layer is an opaque material, so the thickness of the device can be reduced.
