Abstract: A method of fabricating an integrated circuit includes placing a first set of conductive feature patterns on a first level, placing a second set of conductive feature patterns on a second level, placing a first set of via patterns between the second set of conductive feature patterns and the first set of conductive feature patterns, placing a third set of conductive feature patterns on a third level different from the first level and the second level, placing a second set of via patterns between the third set of conductive feature patterns and the second set of conductive feature patterns, and manufacturing the integrated circuit based on at least one of the above patterns of the integrated circuit.

Abstract: Integrated fan-out packages and methods of forming the same are disclosed. An integrated fan-out package includes two dies, an encapsulant, a first metal line and a plurality of dummy vias. The encapsulant is disposed between the two dies. The first metal line is disposed over the two dies and the encapsulant, and electrically connected to the two dies. The plurality of dummy vias is disposed over the encapsulant and aside the first metal line.

Abstract: A detection and charge neutralization device comprises a vacuum chamber, an electrical optical system, and a charge neutralization member. The electrical optical system and the charge neutralization member are disposed inside the vacuum chamber. The electrical optical system, outputs a charged particle beam to an observation position of the vacuum chamber. The charge neutralization member provides a focused vacuum ultraviolet light to the observation position to neutralize the accumulating charges.

Abstract: A flexible electro acoustic actuator with an antenna is provided. The flexible electro acoustic actuator is formed with separate layers of carrier, acoustic oscillation component, intermediate component, and metal electro-conductive component, and characterized by using the metal electro-conductive component to form an antenna transceiver for receiving/sending electromagnetic signals, thereby enabling the flexible electro acoustic actuator to output multimedia sound effects as well as receive/send communication signals.
