Abstract: A light-emitting device and a method of manufacturing a light-emitting device are provided. The light-emitting device includes a transparent substrate having a first surface and a second surface opposite to the first surface, a light-emitting structure disposed on the first surface of the transparent substrate, a sealing layer, a carrier board, and a positive electrode and a negative electrode. The transparent substrate, the light-emitting structure, the sealing layer and the carrier board have corresponding through holes respectively, and at least one of the positive electrode and the negative electrode is disposed on the second surface of the transparent substrate.

Abstract: The invention provides a method for rapidly detecting a pathogen in animals or plants comprising using a specific primer set and nucleic acid in a sample to carry on a loop-mediated isothermal amplification. If at least one amplification occurs, the sample comprises the pathogen. The invention also provides a primer set, probe and kit for detecting a pathogen in animals or plants.

Also, the processing unit directs the RF unit to register to one of the PLMNs for obtaining mobile services therefrom according to the service charging information.

The cross-section conducting members extend the heat conduction distance and decrease the contact area of heat conduction. The lower conductivity coefficient member and the cross-section conducting members lower the heat conduction rate. The temperature of the outer wall is lowered to a second temperature and the temperature in the heating portion of the stove body is kept at the first high temperature.

The analyzer is for exercising the matching mechanism to search at least one suitable volunteer according to the request message, wherein the matching mechanism considers both the location information of the requester and the volunteer. The transmitter is for transmitting a designate message to one designated volunteer. Additionally, the present invention discloses a search method of the volunteer search server and a volunteer search system thereof.

Furthermore, the data transmission device enters a listening state for receiving the sensed data from the sensor device. If the data transmission device does not receive the message from any of the other data transmission device(s), will enter a reporting state for transmitting the sensed data and broadcasting the message. In addition, the data transmission device enters a sleeping state, if a reporting counter equals to zero. Therefore, the power wastage of the data transmission devices can be reduced.
