    Abstract: A power tool comprises a handle, a head pivotally coupling to the handle, an operating member disposed on the head, a positioning element installed in the head and biased with an elastic element for fixing the head in a desired position relative to the handle. The operating member has a pressing portion and a receiving portion. While the operating member is in a first position, the pressing portion of the operating member abuts against the positioning element to press the positioning element to engage to the handle so that the head is fixed in position relative to the handle; while the operating member is in a second position, the elastic element is released to push the positioning element toward the receiving portion of the operating member so that the positioning element disengages form the handle and the head can pivot relative to the handle freely.

    Abstract: The invention provides a method for manufacturing bearing assembly. The method comprises: coating a photoresist on an inner wall of a through hole of a bearing; inserting an ultraviolet lamp having a transparent groove pattern thereon into through hole and performing exposure process so as to photosensitize the photoresist corresponding to the groove pattern; removing the ultraviolet lamp and cleaning the photosensitized portion of the photoresist by developer; etching the inner wall not covered with the photoresist by an etchant or forming a deposited layer on the inner wall not covered with the photoresist; removing the photoresist reminding on the inner wall by a stripping agent so as to complete the method for manufacturing a dynamic bearing. The method is also proved to a surface of a shaft to manufacture the dynamic bearing.

At least a slot is formed on the back surface of the chip. Preferably, a plurality of the slots on the back surface of the chip form a plurality of integral thermal fins therefrom. The encapsulant are formed on the upper surface of the substrate and in the opening to embed the chip with the back surface and the slots being exposed from the encapsulant to enhance the heat dissipation from the back surface of the chip and to enhance chip strength.

When the wrench is turned during operation, the rib is able to prevent the ratchet lever from deformation and extend the usable life of the ratchet wrench.

    Abstract: A signal path tracking method and system for symbol timing recovery. In digital communication, a receiver requires a symbol sampler and a match filter to digitalize analog signals. The symbol sampler establishes on-time samples according to preset current sampling points. The present invention provides a method to improve synchronization between the receiver and the received signal by comparing the current sampling points with acquisition of maximum signal strength. The moving average of the timing difference is used to predict expected errors for future sampling points. The timing scheme is then adjusted according to the expected errors in order to generate future sampling points for sampling subsequent symbols precisely, thereby recovering the synchronization.

A frequency synthesizer then generates the radio frequency (RF) to be received and adjusts the central frequency of a tunable filter through feedback control so as to lock in the RF to be received. Afterwards, the receiver enters a receiving mode to receive RF signals using an antenna and uses the central frequency of the tunable filter locked in the tuning mode to filter the RF signals and to receive signals.
