The dissipating device includes a first fin assembly, a second fin assembly, a third fin assembly, and a substrate. The first fin assembly connects to the processor. The first fin assembly and the second fin assembly are disposed along a first direction. The second fin assembly and the third fin assembly are disposed along a second direction. The thermal conductive member connects the first fin assembly and the second fin assembly. The substrate is disposed between and connected to the second fin assembly and third fin assembly. The second fin assembly, the substrate, and third fin assembly are disposed along the second direction. The present disclosure further provides a server including the server module.

Abstract: Provided are chemical inducers of pluripotency (CIP) which include glycogen synthase kinase inhibitors, TGF? receptor inhibitors, cyclic AMP agonists and S-adenosylhomocysteine hydrolase (SAH) inhibitors or histone acetylators. A method of inducing pluripotency in a partially or completely differentiated cell by using such chemical inducers of pluripotency is also provided. The method includes: (i) contacting a cell with the CIPs for a sufficient period of time to result in reprograming the cell into a pluripotent stem cell having ESC-like characteristics (CiPSC). Isolated chemically induced pluripotent stem cells (CiPSCs) and their progeny, produced by inducing differentiation of the CiPSCs, can be used in a number of applications, including but not limited to cell therapy and tissue engineering.

The cutting assembly is located directly above the first cutting groove. By setting a cutting assembly, the further extrusion is achieved to realize solid-liquid separation of separated solid waste. Further, by utilizing the cooperation between the pressing plate and the spring, it ensures the extrusion pressure of the waste spiral extrusion, thereby improving the accuracy of solid-liquid separation.

Abstract: A variety of applications can include an apparatus having a memory device including digit lines isolated from each other by filling an area directly under the digit line with a dielectric material. The dielectric material can be any insulating material such as oxides or nitrides. The provision of the area directly under each digit line can be accomplished without etching out an entire layer of epitaxially grown regions for the memory cells vertically stacked in a three-dimensional array. In a three-dimensional DRAM, metal plates for capacitors can be isolated in a manner similar to the isolation of digit lines. Such processing can be scalable, which may allow for a three-dimensional DRAM to have hundreds memory cell tiers.

Abstract: A method for a three-dimensional temperature and salinity field, including: based on multi-source marine environmental data, analyzing the spatiotemporal distribution characteristics of marine dynamic environmental elements, and studying the characteristics of the temperature-salinity relation; on the basis of analysis of the spatiotemporal characteristics and study of the characteristics of the temperature-salinity relation, establishing a statistical prediction model of marine environmental dynamic elements by a spatiotemporal empirical orthogonal function method; based on the observation data of temperature and salinity obtained by the marine transportation platform, correcting a marine environment forecast field around the marine transportation platform by using a realtime analysis technology of a marine environment field; and adjusting the salinity using a temperature-salinity relation curve after the temperature and salinity are forecasted.
