  • Publication number: 20240155495
Abstract: Methods, systems, and devices for wireless communications are described. A user equipment (UE) may identify a set of one or more sidelink resources, and the UE may identify wake-up signal occasions associated with the resources. The UE may monitor for wake-up signals during the wake-up signal occasions, and the UE may further monitor the associated set of one or more resources based on receiving a wake-up signal. In some examples, respective sets of one or more sidelink resources may be associated with a number of multiple-input multiple-output layers used for sidelink communications, or may indicate respective bandwidth parts used for monitoring sidelink transmissions.

  • Publication number: 20240129172
Abstract: Aspects are provided for generation and transmission of MDMRS which allow matching of nonlinear model impact or properties between DMRS and data in DFT-s-OFDM waveforms as well as CP-OFDM waveforms. A UE transmits, to a network entity, an MDMRS generated from a DMRS. The MDMRS has a PAPR distribution matching a PAPR distribution of a signal including data in an uplink channel. A target PAPR of the MDMRS is based on a modulation scheme of the data. The UE also transmits the data in the uplink channel, where the uplink channel includes a PUCCH or a PUSCH. As a result of the ability of MDMRS to match the nonlinear impact of DMRS and PUSCH or PUCCH, the network entity may compensate for any EVM that may occur as a result of PAPR reduction by a nonlinear operator of the UE, and communication performance may thereby be improved.

  • Publication number: 20200385034
Abstract: A hybrid power supply system of diesel multiple unit is disclosed. When a train is running, an energy management module sends a level signal of a master controller of the train to an inverter, and the inverter, according to the received level signal of the master controller and the dynamic performance of the hybrid power supply system, sets an envelope curve of train speed vs. traction force and an envelope curve of train speed vs. regenerative braking force to control a traction motor to output the corresponding torque.

  • Patent number: 8700045
Abstract: To avoid or reduce intra-cell interference, each sector of a cell is associated with a sector-specific set of system resources (e.g., subbands) and at least one non-overlapping common set of system resources. Each common set for each sector includes system resources observing little or no interference from at least one other sector in the cell. The channel condition for a terminal in a given sector x is ascertained based on forward and/or reverse link measurements for the terminal. The terminal is assigned system resources from a common set or a sector-specific set for sector x based on the terminal's channel condition. For example, if the terminal observes high interference from another sector y, then the terminal is assigned system resources from a common set that observes little or no interference from sector y. The techniques may be used for an OFDMA system that uses frequency hopping.
