    Abstract: A pressure sensor includes a shell having an installation chamber and an inner cavity for accommodating a fluid, a pressure detection chip installed in the installation chamber of the shell for detecting a fluid pressure in the inner cavity, a circuit board installed in the installation chamber of the shell and electrically connected to the pressure detection chip, a cover installed in an opening of the installation chamber of the shell to seal the opening of the installation chamber, and a terminal passing through the cover and fixed to the cover. The circuit board has a conductive hole and the pressure sensor has an elastic conductive member arranged in the conductive hole. The elastic conductive member is in electrical contact with the terminal to electrically connect the terminal to the conductive hole.

The circuit board is fixed within the installation chamber of the housing and electrically connects to the pressure detection chip. The terminal assembly includes a cover rotatably installed in an opening of the installation chamber of the housing and an elastic output terminal that passes through and is fixed to the cover.

    Abstract: An implantable pressure sensor is disclosed that has a small diameter and eliminates any dead zone in the flow of the pressure transmission medium, and is thus particularly adapted for implantation. In one embodiment the pressure sensor comprises a body including a cavity for receiving a liquid, and a planar mounting surface extending in an axial direction of the body. A diaphragm is attached to the pressure sensor body for transmitting an external medium pressure to the liquid in the cavity. A pressure detection chip is mounted on the mounting surface of the pressure sensor body for detecting a pressure of the liquid within the cavity, and a circuit hoard is mounted on the planar mounting surface of the body and is electrically connected to the pressure detection chip resulting in a device of smaller diameter particularly suited for implantation.

The body part has a groove on an outer surface. The end part seals a liquid filling port of the liquid filling path. When the sealing pin is inserted into the liquid filling path, an external media pressure applied to a diaphragm of the pressure sensor is transmitted to a pressure detection chip of the pressure sensor through a liquid in the groove.
