  • Patent number: 11931208
Abstract: The present application discloses a cerebral perfusion state classification apparatus and method, a device, and a storage medium. The method includes: acquiring, by a transceiving module, cervical blood flow data from an ultrasound data collecting device; determining, by a processor, cerebral perfusion data corresponding to the cervical blood flow data based on the cervical blood flow data and a mapping relationship between the cervical blood flow data and the cerebral perfusion data, and classifying cerebral perfusion states of a plurality of brain regions based on blood perfusion characteristics of the plurality of brain regions in the cerebral perfusion data.

  • Publication number: 20240060123
Abstract: The disclosure provides a light-responsive aptamer for regulating the activity of a DNA polymerase. The DNA polymerase includes a G-quadruplex-binding peptide and a polymerase sequence; the polymerase sequence includes an active site; and the light-responsive aptamer includes an aptamer sequence and a photoactive linker connected to the aptamer sequence; the aptamer sequence includes a G-quadruplex-forming sequence and a substrate DNA sequence; the G-quadruplex-forming sequence forms a G-quadruplex, and the substrate DNA sequence folds to form a hairpin structure; the G-quadruplex-forming sequence binds to the G-quadruplex-binding peptide, and the substrate DNA binds to the active site of the DNA polymerase; in the presence of ultraviolet light irradiation (UV irradiation), the photoactive linker is broken, and the substrate DNA is detached from the active site of the DNA polymerase.

  • Publication number: 20230414749
Abstract: Use of immune checkpoint inhibitors in combination with anti-aging drugs in tumor treatment and tumor treatment products are disclosed, which provides a new drug and treatment strategy for effective treatment of tumors. The therapeutic effect of the provided treatment of ICIs in combination with the anti-aging drug is superior to that of the current treatment of ICIs treatment alone, and ICIs in combination with chemotherapy, etc. In the action process of ICIs in combination with the anti-aging drug, aging cells can be selectively removed, the aging state of an immune system thus is reversed. Accordingly, the inhibitory effect of tumor on the immune micro-environment is reduced, thus improving the treatment effect on various solid tumors. Based on the use or product provided by the present invention, new strategies and new ideas can be provided for further improving the clinical efficacy and prognosis of the solid tumors.
